Sérgio Sousa is a Master Coach, Personal Trainer and Professor.

Born in Angola, lived in Brazil and settled at Portugal in a young age.

Starting Karate at an early age, he became passionate about Martial Arts and Body weight Training.

During is path he discovered that people and business developing was in is blood.

He worked in the biggest gym chains in Portugal, developing teams and business.
