I'm a Master Coach, Personal Trainer and Professor.

I was born in Angola, lived in Brazil and settled at Portugal in a young age.

I've also stated practising Karate very young and became passionate about Martial Arts and Body weight Training. As time went by, I've discovered that people and business developing was in my blood.
