Born and raised in Lisbon.
I played professional football and exchanged the pitches and boots for boxing gloves and bags.
I am one of the first coaches of BHOUT. When I met this project, I devoted myself body and soul from day one and I am the first Club Manager in BHOUT's history!

Personality: Always cheerful and ready to drop a joke in class. Life without humor is dull!

Things people shouldn't know: The king of carnival, I always have many surprises prepared, but the woman inside me never stays hidden in these moments.
Secret power: In exercises that require balance from the Bhouters, I am an expert in creating wind.
What moves me: My family gives me strength for everything, every day!
