The company BHT, Unipessoal Lda. (hereinafter BHT), with registered office at Rua de Carvalha, nº 570, 2400 - 441 Leiria, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry, under the Corporate Number 515724637, with the share capital of EUR 5.000,00 (“BHT”) is a company dedicated to fitness activities (fitness), being the owner of the domain bhout.com, where your WEBSITE is hosted.

BHT IS COMMITTED ATO PROTECTING THE PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA OF ITS CLIENTS AND WEBSITE USERS, THEREFORE DEVELOPED AND ADOPTED THIS POLICY AND THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED HEREIN. THIS PRIVACY POLICY EXPLAINS HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND PROCESSED THEREFORE WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ IT TO KNOW THE CONDITIONS EM QUE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND USED.

1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data that is necessary for the provision of services that are available through the WEBSITE.

1.2. Examples of these services are buying and booking training and sending a Newsletter.

1.3. The objective is that these services are provided in an expeditious and hassle-free manner, describing the practices adopted for this purpose.

8.1. 9. How do we protect your Personal Data?

9.1. Your personal data is kept safe through the adoption of various security measures, of a technical and organizational nature, which ensure that only Employees and the processes that must access them have access to personal data, in accordance with rules created for that purpose.

9.2. To protect your personal data, we only use data center providers that offer us adequate and documented security measures, namely guarantees that your personal data are stored on servers that are kept in controlled environments with limited access.

9.3. Personal data are kept in safe server based in Portugal - from the company All United Oceans Lda, Registered in Portugal under the Corporate Number 515724637m and with registered office at Rua António Luís Gomes 14, 1495-120 Algés, Portugal - which provides us with adequate security guarantees to protect personal data against its dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access, as well as against any other form of illicit treatment.

9.4. Likewise, when you browse the WEBSITE, we protect your data with encryption, such as Transport Layer Security (TLS, is a security protocol that protects telecommunications via the internet) and your password is stored using a one-way hash. , that is, it cannot be retrieved (or disclosed) by anyone, including BHT, and can only be reset.

9.5. Although we take the care and precautions we deem appropriate to protect the personal data you provide and collect to us, you must be aware that no security system is impenetrable.

9.6. Therefore, you must be careful, such as, for example, you must keep your password secret and not disclose it to anyone else; If you believe that your password has been misused, you must notify us immediately; you should also be careful to start and end the session each time you close the browser.

10. How long do we keep your Personal Data?

10.1. Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are intended, as listed in this Privacy Policy. So:

10.3. At the end of the storage period, all personal data collected will be deleted.

11. How can you exercise your rights?

Before we explain how you can exercise your rights, it is important to know what they are:

(a) Access: right to obtain confirmation that personal data concerning you are or are not processed and, if that is the case, the right to access your personal data;

11.1. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Portugal, the National Data Protection Commission at www.cnpd.pt)

11.2. For the purpose of exercising the rights indicated above, you should contact us at BHT via the following email address privacy@bhout.com.

11.3. If you ask us to delete some of your personal data or its entirety, some of the services requested may not be provided and BHT will keep the personal data necessary to comply with the legal obligations you are in linked.

12. When do we communicate data to third parties?

12.1. BHT may use trusted third parties for the provision of certain services, in terms of maintenance, technical support, insurance, marketing, invoicing or payment management, and they may have access to some of the personal data, namely the data necessary for the contractual purposes.

12.2. BHT ensures that the entities that have access to the data are credible and offer high guarantees of protection, never being transmitted data beyond what is necessary for the provision of the contracted service, however, BHT remains responsible for the personal data made available.

12.3. BHT may also communicate your data to companies from your business group, with whom you have commercial partnerships to create and offer benefits, or to other partners outside your business group. However, we will only do this sharing with your prior authorization.

12.4. BHT may also transmit data to third parties within the scope of investigations, inquiries and judicial and/or administrative proceedings or of a similar nature, provided that it is duly ordered by a court order to that effect.

13. Third party websites

13.1. The WEBSITE may contain links to other websites which may collect  eand process your personal data, and this treatment is the exclusive responsibility of the owners of these websites, not having BHT any responsibility for their policies and/or practices.

13.2. An example of these third parties is Facebook or Google, through the buttons that are present on their WEBSITES.

14. Data transfers outside the European Union

14.1. If data transfers to third countries that do not belong to the European Union may occur, BHT will comply with the legal rules, namely with regard to the suitability of the destination country regarding the protection of personal data and the requirements, which are applicable to these transfers, not personal data being transferred to jurisdictions that do not offer guarantees of security and protection. In addition, BHT puts in place appropriate safeguards to make sure your personal data remains adequately protected.  Specifically, BHT makes use of one of the following:
- Adequacy decisions: where the European Commission has determined that a country outside the EU offers an adequate level of data protection, personal data may be sent to that third country without implementing any other safeguards mentioned above.  
- Standard contractual clauses: we use standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to organisations outside the European Union. These contractual commitments have been adopted by the European Commission and ensure adequate protection for personal data transferred to countries outside the European Union by binding recipients of personal data to certain data protection standards including obliging them to apply appropriate technical and security measures.

15. The minors

15.1. The WEBSITE is not aimed at minors of 16, so we ask that these minors do not provide us with personal data through the WEBSITE, application, social networks and social media or emails.

16. Sensitive Personal Data

16.1. BHT appreciates that you do not send us and do not make us aware of any sensitive personal data, i.e. information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic information, biometric information  or sex life data  or sexual orientation.

16.2. If you still send us or make known these categories of personal data, they will be deleted immediately.

17.1. BHT reserves the right to readjust or change this Privacy Policy at any time, with such changes being publicized.
