Squat and the lunges are the fundamental movements you will master in this workout. Work on your legs, glutes, and abs—large muscle groups that help you burn a lot of calories.
The BHOUT Club experience is a group activity that consists of 45 minutes of combat (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai) against our punching bag. Each session includes 4 cardio rounds of combat sports alternating with strength moments. Everything flows with a system of customized lights and music designed to boost motivation during the workout. You'll always be supported and motivated by our coach.
Absolutely. You don’t need to have any experience in combat sports. Our sessions can be adapted to any fitness level! Our coaches will also explain every movement in detail and will be able to help you adjust according to your physical condition. And don’t worry about doing everything perfectly, just go at your own pace and have fun!
You can expect up to 12 BHOUT sessions per day in each BHOUT Club.
Depending on the country or city, our sessions can start as early as 5am and end as late as 11pm. Check each individual club's schedule for reference.

The time window to cancel your booking without losing your credit may also differ between countries or cities. Refer to your individual club to make sure you can get your credit refunded.
